Upon arrival, we encountered some plumbing issues resulting in a big water spot with peeling wallpaper on the wall; however, the room was very clean. We had warm but not hot water, even with only one other room occupied in our wing. The hotel is working hard to improve the overall experience, from the General Manager to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, making my stay enjoyable.
